This show focuses on what people do to achieve success, whatever that means for them and how they continue to sustain their success, so that people can learn from them. We will be interviewing a new success story every week. In the process we are aiming to help people on this adventure called life and as much as possible with others sharing their experience, so people can be inspired and achieve success in their own particular goals!
Emilio Garcia
Emilio is a speaker, success mentor, podcaster and financial services business owner. He started his first business when he was 15 and has started many businesses since, even while working in corporate America he always had a side business, for the last 14 years he has been an independent financial educator, helping people understand the basics and sometimes not so basic rules of how money works. Originally from Mexico City, he has worked in 12 countries around Latin America and moved to USA in 2012, to Miami, from there he lived in Atlanta and has been in Dallas for the last 12 years. He is married and has 2 teenage kids.

Andrew Barker
Andrew is the founder of Middle Market Advisory LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an M.B.A. in Finance, International Business, and Information Technology from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by New York State. In addition, Andrew speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Andrew’s professional experience includes financial and operational management leadership roles, both domestic and international, while based in New York City, Mexico City, and Dallas. Andrew’s experience includes M&A advisory at KPMG, M&A investment banking in Latin America, and seated roles as CFO and COO in both the US and in Mexico. He has advised businesses in a multitude of industries including manufacturing, distribution, real estate, start-ups, professional services, retail, and agriculture. Andrew also served on the Advisory Board at The American Society in Mexico.
With over 25 years of experience, Andrew has a track record of success in maximizing real world efficiency and productivity in multiple industries in the US and Latin America, with 13 years in-country in Mexico, including in the family owned, private, and nonprofit arenas.
In South America Andrew worked on M&A transactions as diverse as billion dollar power plants, financial services, retail, real estate, agriculture, education, and of course manufacturing in both the automotive and other industries and as CFO managed manufacturing, B2B, franchising, services, and retail.
Andrew brings the proven ability to improve operations and cash flow and extensive experience in Global Business, International Financial Management, Executive / Business C-Level Leadership, and Strategic Alignment.
Andrew is a high energy, strategic thinker who understands how to execute tactically in order to lead purposefully and is committed to client success.
